Hands-on work with international clients on digital analytics, testing and Adobe Experience Cloud.
Advise and support clients on digital analytics, tag management and web optimisation — primarily remote from Slovakia.
Our field, the technology stack and our clients keep evolving — including AI. We invest in learning so everyone can take on more responsibility, specialise technically or move into leadership, depending on interest and circumstances.
We support international B2C and B2B clients with digital analytics, personalisation and marketing automation — including practical guidance on AI where it adds value. Day to day we work in German and English, depending on the client team.
We work from three offices in Zug, Munich and Bratislava — close to clients and well connected by public transport. In Munich we share space with eggs unimedia; across all locations we keep a relaxed atmosphere with room for collaboration, after-work plans and the occasional table-football match.
Client needs vary, so we work from our offices, from home or on-site with the client as required. People own the work they do best — and enjoy — with regular collaboration across Zug, Munich and Bratislava. That independence also leaves room for a table-football match or a quick errand around the corner.
We specialise in Adobe Experience Cloud and related marketing technology. Products evolve quickly, so continuous learning is part of the job. New joiners follow a structured induction plan and move step by step onto client work — with training tailored to prior experience until they take on their first project tasks.
Client work is varied and rarely repetitive. We aim to meet — and often exceed — expectations through creativity, IT affinity, digital-business understanding, teamwork and perseverance. Consultants take ownership: they shape solutions independently and present the best option for the client.

Private appointments — for example at public offices — can usually be handled without using a vacation day.
Overtime can be paid out or taken as additional vacation days.
